Villa Imogen is situated just a few meters from a beach with fantastic views and 1 km from the centre of the town Sutivan. The villa has been renovated to high standards and features a heated infinity pool, outdoor barbecue and outdoor shower, laundry room and hot tub. Villa Imogen can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 en-suite bedrooms. From the open-concept kitchen and living space to the spacious outdoor sunbathing area, there is plenty of room for the whole family or group of friends to enjoy.

Ground floor
The open plan living area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen which features an island with electric hobs and a dining table attached to the kitchen island which seats up to 6 guests. The lounge area features a sofa (which turns into a double sofa bed to sleep an additional 2 guests), a mounted flat screen TV, a coffee table, an armchair and homely furnishings including paintings and other pieces of artwork.The living area also has large windows and sliding glass doors to two aspects which help to fill the room with light and also provides access to the swimming pool terrace.There is also a separate W/C and a laundry room on this floor.

First floor
Bedroom 1 - Guests will find the first of the villa's three bedrooms located on this floor. The first bedroom is furnished with light, modern furnishings and has a double bed, a double wardrobe, an en-suite shower room with W/C and sea views.

Second floor
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom is a double room with fantastic sea views, bedside tables, a double wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.

Third floor
Bedroom 3 - The penthouse bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, sea views to two aspects, an en-suite bathroom and a private furnished sea view balcony.

Outdoor space
The outdoor area at Villa Imogen has a large private heated swimming pool surrounded by sunloungers and lush green planting. The villa has a beach front location so guests can also spend the day on the beach.Guests will also find a large outdoor dining table which seats up to 6 guests located under a shaded pergola, there are fantastic sea views from this area and there is also a stone BBQ perfect for al-fresco dining.Local Area - Sumartin

Getting to the villa
Villa Imogen is located on Brač Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Brač Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout the day for the 90 minute crossing to Supetar on Brač Island. Villa Imogen is a 15 minute drive from Supertar. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Milna, Bol or Supetar, ready for your onward journey and to explore Brač Island during your stay.
