Villa Evie is situated just 10 metres from the sea and offering spectacular views of the bay, Villa Evie is a modern 5 bedroom villa which can accommodate up to 10 guests. The villa is located a short walk from the small town of Bobovisce and approximately a 15 minute drive from the larger town of Milna on Brac Island.

The Villa
The ground floor features two en-suite double bedrooms, one offering sea views. Both bedrooms provide access to the lower ground floor terrace, promoting easy outdoor relaxation.  On the first floor, two additional double en-suite bedrooms boast Juliet balconies and sea views. Another double en-suite bedroom on the mezzanine floor opens onto a furnished balcony. This level also houses the villa's home cinema room, equipped with a projector and screen.  The second floor is dedicated to practicality, comprising a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table accommodating 12 guests, and a lounge area with a corner sofa and TV. Large sliding glass doors lead to the pool terrace, enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow.

Outdoor space
The upper floor connects to a decked terrace furnished with sun loungers, overlooking the villa's private infinity swimming pool with sea views.  At the rear of the property, a terrace provides space for recreational activities, including table tennis and darts.

Both ground floor bedrooms open onto a terrace featuring an alfresco dining area and a BBQ. Additionally, a comfortable chair set invites guests to relax and enjoy the panoramic views. Stone steps from the ground floor terrace lead to the sea, facilitating access for recreational water activities such as stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking.

Local Area - Supetar
Located on the outskirts of the charming village of Bobovišća, Villa Evie offers a tranquil setting with the opportunity for leisurely waterfront strolls past a couple of local kobonos (taverns) and a small grocery shop/market. Positioned halfway between larger coastal villages, each just a 10-minute drive away, guests can easily access a variety of dining options and shops. Moreover, the bustling town of Supetar, Brac Island's largest, is a mere 20-minute drive, providing further amenities and attractions for a well-rounded island experience.

Getting to the villa
Villa Evie located on Brac Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Brac Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout the day for the 90 minute crossing to Supetar on Brac Island.  Villa Evie is a 20-25 minute drive from Supertar. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Bol or Supetar, ready for your onward journey and to explore Brac Island during your stay.
