Surrounded by walls made of famous Brač stone, allowing for total privacy and relaxation, Villa Charlotte is a 6 bedroom villa settled in the town of Supetar, on a land area of 2000m2 amongst a beautiful pine forest garden. At the centre of the garden sits a private swimming pool (35m2) lined by cushioned sunbeds. This villa also features both a hydro-massage outdoor and indoor Jacuzzi, sauna, gym equipment, pool table and a cinema room.

The Villa 
Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, Villa Charlotte's indoor living quarters benefit from 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and 2 separate WC's. The ground floor offers a cosy living room, dining room and entertainment room which includes a billiard table. Three King size bedrooms, each with an en-suite, can also be found on this level. Lastly, the two saunas and indoor Jacuzzi are located on the ground level and open out onto the outdoor space. 

Moving onto the first floor of the property, the remaining three King size bedrooms, again each with an en-suite, are situated on the first floor. In addition, the gym, spa treatment rooms and both the indoor and outdoor kitchens are accessed on this level.

Outside space
Villa Charlotte benefit's from plenty of outside space, from the sheltered Jacuzzi style hot tub to the the decked pool terrace with sun loungers surrounds the swimming pool with it's Jacuzzi jets, there is somewhere for everyone to relax and unwind.

During the summer months enjoy the experience of cooking outdoors in the outdoor kitchen and adjacent alfresco dining area.

Steps lead down from Villa Charlotte to the beach with it's usually crystal clear waters. 

Local Area - Supetar
Villa Charlotte is located a few steps from a small cove and beach.  The coastal town of Supetar is 10-15 minute walk, where you will find many restaurants, shops and supermarket.

Region - Brac Island

Getting to the villa
Villa Charlotte located on Brac Island, the nearest airport would be Split Airport on the mainland, most people visiting Brac Island would organise car rental for collection at the airport. Upon collecting your rental car it is a 30-40 minute drive to Split ferry port, ferries run regularly throughout the day for the 90 minute crossing to Supetar on Brac Island. Villa Charlotte is a 5-10 drive minute from Supertar. Alternatively, perhaps a private transfer from Spilt Airport to Split ferry port, where you can travel on the ferry as a foot passenger and collect a rental car on arrival into Bol or Supetar, ready for your onward journey and to explore Brac Island during your stay.
