The Villa
Villa Marinhill is a four-level property, with accommodation spread across the ground floor (pool level), first floor, second floor and lower ground floor. The villa features eight light-filled, contemporary bedrooms, including 7 doubles and one bedroom with a single bed, all with access to a private bathroom. There are two spacious living rooms, each equipped with comfortable sofas and a TV, providing plenty of space for relaxation. A library adds to the villa's charm, offering a quiet corner for reading or unwinding. The villa boasts two modern, fully equipped kitchens-one with a dining table for more formal meals and the other with bar stools for casual dining. With floor-to-ceiling windows on every level, the villa allows guests to fully immerse themselves in the tranquil sea views surrounding the property.

The villa also boasts a spa and wellness area including a sauna, steam room/Hammam, gym equipment and a table tennis table.

Outside Space
The outdoor space at Villa Marinhill features a private infinity pool and integrated Jacuzzi with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. The shaded al-fresco dining area, complete with a BBQ, offers an inviting setting for enjoying warm evenings and dining outside with family and friends, while a cushion-adorned corner sofa provides a cosy spot to relax afterwards. A grassy area with a hammock offers a peaceful retreat, and comfortable lounging chairs are placed throughout the space to enable guests to soak in the breath-taking views of the marina and sunsets. 

Local shops and restaurants can be easily reached on foot and the closest beach is also a short walk, only 500m away. Turgutreis town centre is just a 1km walk too.

Turgutreis, located on the Bodrum Peninsula in southwestern Turkey, is a coastal town known for its sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, great bars and restaurants and relaxed atmosphere. It offers a variety of activities for visitors, including water sports, boat tours, and hiking in the surrounding hills. The town is also famous for its weekly market, vibrant marina, and breath-taking sunsets over the Aegean Sea. Nearby historical sites like the Ancient City of Myndos, well-known for its well-preserved ruins, including city walls, gates, and a theatre, add a cultural touch, while local restaurants serve delicious seafood and Turkish cuisine.
