The FOA Mare villa complex is just 500m from the beach and offers 10 four-bedroom villas in the coastal village of Gümüşlük on Turkey's Bodrum Peninsula. With 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, each villa can accommodation up to 8 guests. Guests can enjoy relaxing outside in the private swimming pool or on the furnished sun terrace. the village marina, with its shops and restaurants is just a 5 minute drive away.

Indoor Space
Each FOA Mare is near-identical and all can accommodate up to 8 guests in the four bedrooms and is laid out as follows;

Ground floor - Entrance hall with stairs leading to lower/upper floor, guest WC and the main open-plan living room with a modern well equipped kitchen and lounge area.

Lower floor - Stairs from the entrance hall lead down to the lower ground floor where the first two bedrooms are located. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe and ensuite shower rooms. Whilst bedroom 2 has twin beds (can be made up as a double), wardrobe and ensuite shower room.

Upper floor - Stairs from the entrance hall lead up to the first floor where two further bedrooms are located. Bedrood 3 has a double bed, wardrobe, furnished balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and ensuite shower room. Bedroom 4 has twin beds (can be made up as a double), Juliet style balcony overlooking the swimming pool, and ensuite shower room.

Outdoor Space
The villa's decked sun terrace wraps the private swimming pool is furnished with sun lounger and a shaded alfresco dining area with BBQ.
